In addition to thoughts on the film itself, we will also be talking about the history of the vampire (or vampyre, perhaps) in film, folklore, and as an artistic symbol. You can also expect some insight into mockumentary as a genre, which has a fascinating history. If there are other depictions of vampires or that particular discussion sounds interesting to you, please feel free to join the call without viewing the film.
